1. Who we are

The Juneteenth Freedom Project ("we", "us") operates this community platform to celebrate Juneteenth through events, history, and culture. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You must be 13 years or older. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Don't impersonate others.

3. Content you post

Events, stories, and other content you post are your own. You grant us permission to display them on the platform. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, or commercial spam. We may remove content that violates this rule.

4. Collectibles

Freedom Cards are symbolic, off-chain commemorative items recorded to your account. They have no monetary value and are not on a blockchain. They're a way to mark the history you want to remember.

5. Privacy

We collect your email, display name, the events you post, and your collectible claims. If you opt in to location-based sorting, we use your browser location once per session and never store it. We don't sell your data. Ever.

6. Deletion

Email hello@juneteenthfreedomproject.com to delete your account and all associated content.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage and via email.
